At Anam Cara, we long to nurture your mind, body and spirit by offering everything from organic lunches to massage therapy, jewelry, inspirational books, cards and music, novelty clothing, personal care items, candles, organic foods and many unique gifts stock the shelves of our cozy little shop.  Behind the counter, we've mastered the art of preparing delicious coffees, expressos, teas, smoothies, mochas and other specialty drinks, as well as organic homemade breads and pastries.  Our fresh organic lunches are a big hit too, check out or online menu.
You may choose to empty your coffee in Anam Cara's relaxing reading room, where we offer hundreds of books, cds, tapes, and videos about spirituality and wellness of mind, body and spirit, all available to borrow.  Yoga, pilates, organic gardening and goal setting are a small sample of the variety of classes and workshops that we offer throughout the year.  Please click on fitness to view our current schedule.  All of this is complimented with our fitness center which features a circuit of 18 stations, trained staff and many membership options.
